At The Scalp End, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements or cancellations once an order has been placed/delivered.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

The Scalp End is not responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling that occurs during shipping, as all orders are handled by third-party courier services.

However, in select cases, we may review claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only if the following conditions are met:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible in the video.

  • The video must not contain any cuts or edits.

  • The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

If the claim is verified and approved, The Scalp End may offer a replacement or refund at its discretion minus any shipping fees.
