Shipping policy


Order Processing

All orders placed with The Scalp End are typically packed and shipped within 7 business days after the order is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your order using the "orders" tab.

Shipping & Delivery Times

For most locations across Pan India, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after they are shipped.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • The shipping method selected at checkout

  • Your distance from Bangalore, where our orders are shipped from

  • Courier service availability in your area

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, shipping or packing delays may occasionally occur.

In very rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days.

If your order has not been shipped within 14 days, you may contact us to request a full refund.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery is declined at the doorstep, our courier partners will reattempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the package is not accepted after these attempts, the order will be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases:

  • A refund will not be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive store credit instead

  • Shipping and return courier fees will be deducted from the store credit amount

    Delivered but Not Received

    Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier service using the tracking number provided, The Scalp End is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    Delivery confirmation provided by the courier will be considered valid proof of delivery.

    If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend the following steps:

    • Check with family members, neighbors, or building security

    • Check around your delivery location or mailbox

    • Contact the courier service directly using the tracking number

    The Scalp End cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as successfully delivered by the courier.

    However, we may assist in raising an investigation request with the courier service if necessary, but the final resolution will depend on the courier company.
